RH has both users and lines that are considered VIP.  

These users/lines are handled by the Service Desk Team.  

The VIP users will have a PRO device. All other users have basic model phones. 

All of the contacts and lines have been labeled in the Max-Ops system as VIP. 

VIP users are labeled.
