Purpose – The purpose of this report is to help the Service Now administrators ensure that there are no unnecessary or duplicative entries for devices in Service Now vs. InTune. We will send over devices we have checked into the Warehouse on a weekly basis.
Process
1) Log into Power BI and access the Device Check In Report on the Logistics Dashboard. That can be located here - https://app.powerbi.com/groups/me/reports/9d35a59d-8fa5-411b-b46b-669ac5318250/0ede25eb6ac9bae0ca5a?experience=power-bi
2) Set your customer to Brightspeed and your Check-In Date to the Sunday through Saturday of the week prior to the Monday you are running the report.
3) Export the data with current layout
4) Remove columns H, I, and J (color, condition, and check-in location)
